(Also Works on People Who Talk Like LinkedIn Posts)
Want to check if a text was written by AI — or just someone who talks exactly like every LinkedIn “expert” you’ve ever seen? Use this simple checklist:
- Structure: Does it flow naturally or feel like a loop of repeated phrases and awkward jumps?
- Language: Too formal or full of canned phrases that sound like they came from an AI script?
- Emotion: Flat, neutral, or fake-feeling instead of real passion or personality?
- Vocabulary: Are the same words and buzzwords showing up way too often?
- Other signs: Too much fluff, zero fresh ideas, or suspiciously perfect precision?
Here’s the prompt to use on any text:
“Please analyze the given text and determine if there are signs of it being generated by artificial intelligence. Assess the following aspects:
– Text structure: logic, repetitive phrases, unnatural transitions.
– Linguistic density: excessive formality, use of standard phrases commonly found in AI-generated texts.
– Emotional tone: lack of real emotions, overly neutral or synthetic expressions.
– Vocabulary diversity: repeated words, lack of stylistic variety.
– Other characteristic signs, such as information redundancy, a low number of original ideas, or excessive precision. After the analysis, provide an estimate of the likelihood that this text was generated by AI.”
Use this, and you’ll quickly see who’s really an expert — and who’s just a well-programmed chatbot or a LinkedIn autopilot.
